Play the Game
Fredag d. 5. april 2013
As previously announced the Sports Governance Observer is launched Monday 8 April on a seminar in Brussels arranged by Play the Game and the Danish Institute for Sports Studies and attended by over 100 stakeholders in sport.
Attached you will find the following materials (please observe that they are embargoed until Monday 8 April at 11.00 CET)
- A leaflet introducing the Sports Governance Observer
- The full report from the Action for Good Governance in International Sport, including a test survey on the current status of sports governance (see some main results in media release) and a number of scientific, but easily readable articles explaining the fundamental dimensions of good governance in sport
- A media release which you are welcome to reproduce or be inspired by
- The final programme for Monday’s seminar “The challenge of Europe in the governance of sport”
We have very few vacant seats for the seminar Monday, but if you register today by sending name, professional title and work place to firstname.lastname@example.org it is likely we can squeeze you in.
We hope you will in any case take an interest in this contribution which is intended to serve to curb corruption and increase democracy in sport.
Do not hesitate to contact us for further information,
Best regards/bedste hilsner
